Join Yoga Teacher, Astrologer, and Wisdom Keeper, Nancy Drope at her unique home on the Niagara River Parkway, in the quaint Village of Queenston, Niagara-on-the-Lake for a full-day yoga & meditation retreat.
Only steps away from the Niagara River you will breathe in nature as you hike the Niagara Escarpment.
Enjoy the privacy of her garden for yoga, meditation, lunch and her beloved Sun sign Astrology workshop to connect with yourself and your truths in a deeper way.

During this all-inclusive day retreat you will initiate your return to "Love" through yoga, meditation, nature and the understanding of the element in which your Astrological Sun Sign sits and their characteristics. We will make a personal blend of Lavender Oil from my garden while enjoying a delicious nutritional lunch and an introduction to a Local Cider called "Brunch". Our connection to Spirit, Divine Source, God, Buddha within, grounds our intentions for the highest good of all. Having an open dialogue with the Universe is like shining a light on our sacred heart and path.
What's Included...
Gentle Hike
Hike up the Niagara escarpment from the base to enjoy a breath taking view of the Great Niagara River, that empties out into Lake Ontario, one of the 5 Great Lakes. On a clear day you may see Ontario's capital of Toronto.
Yoga & Meditation
Nancy's serene garden will transport your Yoga and Meditation practice into a state of deep relaxation and calm.
Self Love & Lavender
It is my hope that you take this day to reflect, create and integrate an intention that will serve the Love that you are, the Love that you need and the Love that you want. Nancy believes we are all Alchemists, so with Lavender cut from her garden you will add your love into making a personal vase of Lavender Oil.
Lunch and Brunch
A delicious vegetarian lunch including gluten free baked goods will be provided. Dietary needs are always honored.
We'll also have some "Brunch Beverages". This company was founded in 2020 as a long time dream of friends Kim and Michelle (my niece) who love nothing more than to brunch all day. Creating cocktails that pair perfectly with carefree hangs, Sunday fundays and of course all things Brunch. Prepare to fall in Love.
Workshop
Astrology Sun Sign
After lunch you will explore the Element (water, air, earth, fire) of your personal Astrological Sun Sign. Understanding the elements will bring positive direction to your life and this knowledge will shine a light on your beautiful self.
Day retreats allow us sacred time to relax, rejuvenate, connect back to ourselves and connect back to our sacred truths

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund policy: A 90% refund on retreat participation is available if cancelling 32 + days prior to retreat. 75% refund on retreat participation available if cancelling 15 -31 days prior to retreat. Then, due to limited retreat spots and costs to cover retreat, no refunds are available if cancelling 14days or less prior to retreat.
